I got an RFE on this form. What I didn’t realize originally was the form is broken and that the household size automatically says 1. I’ve gone through all my documents and can’t understand how anything is wrong except for that. It’s crazy how the USCIS can’t just tell you what was wrong they have to sent a 3 pages document saying one or more of these things is wrong with the form. If this is the problem first of all they should just say your household size isn’t accurate please redo or just fix their damn form on their government site.

Hello dear . I just started following you. First i want to thank you for all the helpful information you share with us. My case is a bit complicated. I am a US citizen. Got married and had my sons abroad. I recently received my sons American passport through USA embassy last year and we also filled out form I130 for my husband and he received an email from USCIS, regarding him being approved but now we are in the process of NVC requirements. Now since i don't live and work in America and haven't filled out any tax form all these years, what proof s of income we should present in the affidavit of support. I am now the petitioner and sponsor in the form. I know this is a very rare case but I really appreciate it you let me know what information you have regarding our rare case. I watched a lot of your videos in the past weeks, because I am get ready to apply for a change of status, Green Card for Parents through an American citizens, I ell do everything on my own, my question to you is, on the form I-864, page 5, Part 7 at question 5a, can my son include me as the beneficiary as well? ( I am working under the table if you know what I am saying )can I put my Assets there?, like, can I include my income, money in the bank, my house etc? I am leaving here in the US, thanks
