My February is going well so far. Spending is pretty low compared to the same time in January. I am looking forward to seeing the big picture at the end of the month.

I may be looking into your bookkeeping course. I have become a finance nerd in the past few years and I have known how to use Quicken for a while now, plus I would like a tangible side hustle. Thanks for offering that course.

Do you know what proposed property taxes will be for next year? I remember that when we had our new build-getting that big jump in monthly payment. That sure sucked lol. Not sure if it works the same in AZ.

I bought your budget template and have been using it for the last few months! It’s been great to record our expenses and work towards paying off our debt! One question for you, do both fsa and hsa rollover year after year? I also maxed out for this year but I thought I would lose it if I didn’t use it
