In celebration of the 10th Anniversary of the Water Docs Film FestivaI, KOA TALKING TO ME will have its Canadian Premiere screening as part of the "Water and the Arts" program at the 2021 ReSurge Festival, presented in partnership with the Wakefield Doc Fest. Please join us online anytime from November 9th thru November 30th to access this on demand screening event. This film will also be screened as part of the "Eco-Adventure" program which is presented in partnership with the Outdoor, Outdoor Film Festival (OOFF).

Junior's connection with koa trees on his native island compels him to conserve and honour the spirt of fallen trees that would normally be wasted. His way of using the trees connects him to one of the oldest Hawaiian traditions.
