So, when you say there aren’t enough single Black men available, do you mean there aren’t enough in your socioeconomic class, or not enough Black men you’re actually willing to date?

Average age for black women to get married is 32. Average age for black women to have a child is 23. This doesn't help those black men who want marriage. Also, Black women are upset and angry because there are not enough black men available that they can reject.

Did you think that maybe black men don’t like black women and BW won’t move on and date out?

It's amazing the ability of some women to completely miss the point, beat around the bush and say stuff like that. Men have been telling countless times why women are single, especially the men those women want but it's amazing how many women have a laundry list of standards but don't understand the kind of men they're trying to date also have deal breakers, preferences and standards. They will lie to themselves with " There's someone for everyone out there" when they know very well it's a lie. They eliminate REAL POTENTIAL suitors out of petty stuff (Watch pop the balloon) and then when they cross 35 they wonder where the good men at. YOU MISSED THEM!!!! DUH

"Pew Research - Key facts about Black Americans" dated January, 18 2024

Section 7 it says "Black men in the US are married" at 36% and BW at 29%".
Section 8 it says "Black men in the US are married to someone who is non-black at 21% and BW at 13%"

So to be CLEAR 79% of BM out the the 36% that do marry are to BW and 87% of BW out of the 29% that do marry are to BM.

Thanks for this grounded conversation where stats matter but also a real look at what could be happening. A lot black women also grew up with their fathers like me where education was expected. It’s a mix bag of situations.

Women need to start listening to men.
Learn how to be the wife men want.
Stop chasing men who don't want marriage

Chase men who want to be husbands.

I appreciate the sister’s thoughts on this and agree with some of her points. I also think black women aren’t taught to respect black men or value what men want in a woman. So yes they focus on career and getting educated and jobs which is great but those are things women are attracted to in men, not the other way around ladies. Us men know your money will never be shared with us so why do we care how much you make, you are still going to expect us to pay for everything in the relationship. So boating you have a high salary typically signals to a man that this woman will have expensive and often time frivolous spending habits that she will want you now to take on, which isn’t a win for most men who have also worked hard to be where they are.

There are 1, 341, 000 black men with college degrees.

An we as men who actually went to college rarely meet college educated women we find physically attractive.

I rarely date college educated women. Most are overweight.

Hey beautiful! I love this video and appreciate you sharing truth for a better black community.

1. I do agree with you that black women were taught to prioritize their education, rather than a husband. Even though some were still sexually active, getting pregnant only for a harder life, even back then the war on drugs incarcerated an insane amount of black men during the late 1900’s.

2. Black people do marry each other at a higher rate, but that’s only 30% of black Americans. Not to mention that 80% of African American divorces are filed by the women. 1/4th of black women are getting married only, compared to 1/3 of black men Whose fault is is and how do we fix it?

3. Have you seen any of the “Balloon” popping dating games on social media and YouTube? You know how shallow black women are today? It’s hilarious.

4. I disagree on how you express that black women feel that they are not good enough. If anything, black women perpetuate the image that they are better than everybody, especially black men because of their higher education, and a lot are not willing the marry a man who is less educated, even though there are plentiful men with no education but good jobs and work ethic.

5. I would love to see you do a video on “Black Love” and what that really means.

Because there are not enough men. All over the world (in most countries statistics shows that there are more women than men. That’s why un some cultures or religions men are aloud to marry more than one woman. BUT there is a BUT he needs to be able to give them everything equally. With this economy men usually can’t provide and also choose not to marry.
