Precor EFX Quick Start Key Not Working?

In today's Quick Service Tip video, Joe goes over a very common issue with Precor EFX machines. Joe is looking specifically at a Precor EFX 546i, but this issue happens with several models as well.

Good morning. Any chance you have any experience with the Precor EFX556 Elliptical cross trainers? I get Error 5 stuck key. I have tried all cables, took panel apart etc. cleaned pads, used heat to release etc. now occasionally will go to Home Screen but now no keys work, where as they did before! Cheers.
