this is not the answer in some cases as we can see. This did not work for me, so still working on it. Can somebody let me know if you find anything that works

when i plug my external hard drive in a screen pop up saying i have to analyse it or continue so i analyse and it takes so much time no result

What happens if you run the tool, it finds no errors but you are still getting the same error message? I'm trying to do a windows backup to an external hard drive on Win 7
