I got my ex back after 3 months. I dumped him and then he rejected me. He said he didn't want to give me a second chance. I was devastated. Even Craig said my chances were extremely low. I gave him the break up and stopped reaching out. He started to miss me and reached out after 50 days. Now we are back.

I had a situation where I was crazy for a girl, I wanted a romantic relationship with her but she kept me as a friend for many years.. she moved out of state eventually and went to a third state to live in also.. years later after I was with another woman and had a child with her.. she came back looking for me and was very forward about wanting to " start over" as she said, she wanted me to come live with her in her new house.. of course I told her " where the hell were you 10 years ago" and I told her that obviously I have a responsibility now with having a child. I'm glad I didn't go with her because life's journey has enabled me to grow into a better person. I didn't work books two times and now instead of me becoming anxious for every girl that gives me attention.. now I'm the one with girls reaching out to me on holidays and finding any excuse to try and present themselves to me lol.. I'm in no hurry and I'm just working on myself and enjoying life day by day. things will come together as they will with or without the ex that I long to see again. The one that dumped me most severely had motivated me to become better and wherever she is, I hope she's okay. I will always care about her.

This sounds a lot my situation. Except we were both starting new jobs and I was prepping for a bodybuilding show. A few days before the breakup, we were talking about what we wanted to do for our six month anniversary and hanging out with her family. She still has me unblocked and watches my stories. Been in no contact for 3 months.

It's easier to get them back when you dumped them because they usually want you back and get hurt, it's harder my situation because I usually get kicked to the curve instead of them. 😔💔

This might be niche or fringe but, I’m always curious to know about people who have made a “social upgrade” I.e. someone with a better income or freedom, vs. An “emotional downgrade” like someone who is not as caring or supportive.

Forgive *them* for their actions so you can move on with your life. They made the decision to dump you, let them live with their choice.
