These Mr beast interviews seem like they’re becoming a yearly tradition.

As a journalist with 15 years of experience covering the tech industry:

1) Massive respect for Colin and Samir giving the best insight interviews with MrBeast over the years, building that trust and challenging him as well

2) Massive respect to Jimmy for understanding the value and effort that Colin and Samir put in and giving back by coming back - and giving the show exslusive here. He could easily get an announcement exclusive basically anywhere (any show, outlet, podcast), but he sticks with the YT community ecosystem.

Bro casually got people in a bunker, meanwhile doing a podcast

You know what the greatest character development in his videos is? Jimmy's own development, seen through all his videos and podcasts

i really like how non-modest he is. he's still humble but he's aware of how huge he has become and how much he's able to do. he's not toning it down or making it sound like less than it is. jimmy is so awesome

58:49 The slower, longer Beast videos have been great. I enjoy them so much more now.

The way he reaches unbelievable milestones between these (yearly) interviews and every time making the earlier ones seem smaller is the perfect example of always trying and being better than yesterday, better than the previous video... The most highlighted lesson for a creator.

jimmy took me a while to figure out. his rise on youtube - it seemed miraculous.
but after seeing his interns/employees come out about his business practices and scams, it makes complete and total sense. wanting to be the best can do terrible things to a person's character.

The one thing that has stayed so consistent about this man is his dedication to the craft. He is truly a visionary whose only motivation is to keep reaching the next level. At any time this guy could just cash out, or keep milking the same video formats but he keeps pushing to raise the bar. Excited to see where this eventually lands.

Honestly his singular vision of YouTube is refreshing. So many youtubers want to be something else, to prove that they're more than just a "youtuber". The fact that Mr. Beast leans into it so heavily and has yet seen the highest level of success on the platform should be an inspiration to other content creators that you don't need the respect/recognition of people outside of your platform to have ultimate fulfillment.

Really hope Jimmy makes a full on documentary behind the scenes of this show. Then release it as a main channel video. I’d love to see more stuff like that!

I expect a feature length Mr. Beast documentary in 20 years, talking about what he put his body through at 25.

These cuts are seamless. I wouldn’t have noticed it was cut at all if it wasnt for the candy bar around 37-38 minutes. Good work to the Colin and Samir team

I think something I've noticed is that Jimmy sometimes assumes things he did were always wrong, rather than the audiences and tastes develop. Almost not giving his past self enough credit.

For example, in my limited understanding/opinion, the "Open mouth thumbnails" were popular because people came to Youtube for the stuff they couldn't see on TV and were expecting shocking or out of this world stuff and that expression is a picture form of it. However, as Youtube has become more mainstream, people want reality. I think his past decision to use them wasn't a mistake, but a sign of the time.

Of course, I'm not claiming to know more than Jimmy, he is an absolute genius when it comes to his content and I'm subscribed and am in constant awe of his business decisions. 100% respect to him. Just surprised at how little credit he gives his past self.

These Mr. Beast videos need to be a yearly tradition. I'm not involved in content creation at all, but I still love listening to you guys discuss all the ins and outs of it with Jimmy.

Mr Beast: If this flops, and people don't like it, then its like, oh, he's just, ya know, a YouTuber. Yeah, that's just not a reality. I can't let that happen ❌
