I think the biggest mistake was to think that people can pay their bills with abortion rights and social issues. These things are important but only if the bills are paid.

The turning point was when she got the Cheney endorsement and the Dems started campaigning with her instead of saying thank you and kept on campaigning strongly with Walz. Walz was the key, and they did not turn that key.

I'm Canadian, therefore I can't even vote... but if I could, I would vote Republican. I consume a lot of more conservative youtube content compared to liberal. I find most, if not all MSM coverage and coverage from left wing platforms to be completely delusional and mostly lies.
That said, recently I've tuned in to watch the analysis and election breakdown from numerous liberal content creators to see what you guys think of how how things played out.
The Young Turks has been from what I can tell, pretty honest about what happened. So I wanted to say thanks for being honest. I've even started watching more of your daily content over the past week. It's refreshing to see perspectives from the left that aren't crazy and demeaning to the electorate.
A lot of your criticism of this Democrat party failure seems to be placed on the Democrat party as a whole, with bad messaging, bad leadership, bad candidates, bad management, bad policy, etc... which makes me wonder what it is you like about the Democrat Party. I know you dislike Trump, be that as it may, but are you clinging to what the Democrat party USED to be?
Your ideology and beliefs seem more in line with the current Republican Party without Trump at the head of the party.
Assuming a successful Trump 4 years, which I know is a big assumption, but if it is successful and the Republicans are led by what you would deem to be more moderate leadership in 2028, is it a stretch that you could lean Republican in 2028 if the Democrat Party doesn't change?

I agreed with Cenk when he started getting a bad feeling. It was about 3 weeks away from election day and I told my liberal friends she was gonna lose and they flipped out. I knew because I have even more conservative friends who are dedicated to the regime, and would without question show up to vote. People are overanalyzing the loss... She lost because the economy (to middle and lower class folks). Is not well. It looks good on wall street yes. But unfortunately money rules our entire society.
