I think people keep not realising this is Year One. Styles of play, particularly a high line, take time to bed in for every team. As the style of play becomes more normal for the team they will get better and better at positioning and knowing where they need to be on the field. They will score more and concede less.

What I did see today was the team dug in, worked hard and they played their football no matter the situation. Good stuff ⚪️👍

Arsenal got caught out with their time wasting by conceding in the 90'+8/9'. Dark arts added minutes of added time to the end of the game which IMO are harder to defend than 90+2 with less dark arts. Spurs last night could have closed up shop at 2-0 and invited the pressure on and likely conceded with their backline. But instead they stuck with their game playing knowing that they are the better team and went on to win 3-0. Not so sure it was a bad call. Against City however Spurs could have been beaten by a cricket score last night. Knowing the opposition is an important facet in tactics
