Hi

I am a Canada work permit holder. At the end of July 2023, I applied for PR. I received the PR portal on February 5, 2024, but as of now, I haven't received the COPR. However, I have to leave Canada for two weeks at the end of April.

If:

I receive the COPR before leaving Canada for Hong Kong but haven't received the actual PR card, and don't have enough time to apply for a PRTD.
I receive the COPR/PR confirmation while in Hong Kong.
In both of these scenarios, how should I re-enter Canada?
