Azul might be no.4 at the moment, the fact that she can take Leopard in Bankai (La Verita) and LocoxLeber's super attacks and return it to them is enough to give her higher rank. Leopard and Sulfur are equal, Dark Magenta is close to them in terms of strength and she can heal as well, definitely ranks higher. Berserga is fluctuating between weak to very strong depending on the situation, if she can't replenish her energy she's the weakest, she can win against Leopard or Sulfur in 1v1 where she is not restricted to replenish, and she can beat Baiser in her La Verita form if she gets infinite replenish. Imitatio/Enorme is the best in terms of power control that she is best suited to be a magical girl because her power could grow base on her own desire unlike when she was in Enormita when Vena controls her growth.

Baiser, Alice and Gigant are the ones who gain more stars depending on their mood.
Both NeroAlice and Sister Gigant haven't reach & shown their La Verita, respectively.
In Alice' case, she got a huge power up while staying in her base form (w/ the help of baiser). She beat up Berserga and Dark Magenta both in their La Verita.
In Sister Gigant's case, everything is a complete mystery, from her origin to her abilities. You simply have to use your instinct here so whatever you feel it is, it might be correct.
And for Baiser's case, in her base form, no one can beat her w/o going in their La Verita. while in her La verita, no one can beat her 1v1 unless she intentionally let it happen but i believe it is also her weakest form at the moment.

My theory is while for others, they gain atleast 2x power when being in their La Verita, Baiser barely gets a powerboost, probably 1.2x-1.5x only though it should be already enough due to her base form being strong. Most likely, the purpose of her La Verita is a lock or safety to prevent herself from berserking again. By the way, Baiser is no.1 due to her Berserk form being able to trample anyone in her path.

Alice could be said to be the strongest in terms of power as she is like a glass cannon (very powerful but is easy defeat if you can) so in a sense anyone could beat Alice if they can beat her before she uses her attacks that can literally bend reality. Of course if they cannot reach in time then they will be forced to experience play time with Alice…

I’m glad that Magia Baiser is in first place as strongest as she appears to be fully capable of beating the magical girls but decides not too due to her obsession with gushing over the magical girls (heh) and I would also like to see in the anime series her berserk form as that form is clearly very powerful and would be even more powerful if she finds a way to gain control of that berserker form and I wouldn’t be surprised if she can go even further and become even more powerful the deeper she goes into her twisted desires (of course this is just my guess and opinions)
