The Girl Who Crossed the River with a Tablecloth

Lara Bongard introduces her project 'The Girl Who Crossed the River with a Tablecloth', about the extensive research she has done in her family history in the previous Russian Empire (present-day Ukraine). The project is on view as a solo-exhibition in the Jewish Museum Amsterdam, from April 22nd until October 1st 2023. The publication will be published by Art Paper Editions in September 2023.
