Union Minister Rajiv Chandrashekhar speaks on PM Modi's US visit. He said, "I don't think we should wait for anybody to give a thumbs up to India.  It is clear that whether it is the Australian Prime Minister, the US President, or the world's leaders and intellectuals, everybody today looks at India very differently. They look at India with respect, they look at India with optimism, and they look at India as a nation that is certainly going to shine on the stage for the coming decade, the India decade, as our Honourable Prime Minister has named it. So I don't think we should wait for anyone to give us any certificates. Our hard work, our determination, and our leadership will take us to what is certainly our twist on our destiny, which is that we will be the third largest economy very shortly and then, after that, a developed nation in the coming years."

India watched in disappointment & shock when Modi couldn't face the US media on minorities in the country ..He clearly evaded direct response & just left the venue ...Godi media however, doesn't obviously highlight this
