Up the final climb and into the piazza at the end of Strada Bianche would be amazing. The helicopter shot is always a bit tricky with such a narrow gap in the buildings.

The CX Championships at Hoogenheide were amazing.
The drone coverage of the CX World Champs was gripping - especially in the Mens Elite with WVA and MVDP. In road cycling I can see a place as one extra camera in a sprint finish.

Watched all the CX races last weekend. No words for all of them in Hoogerheide, just perfect! Especially the drone provided an amazing POV of the racers. The only pity is that there was no live coverage for the CX team relay on Friday (but the behind the scene video is okay).

WVA made a mistake, but he also was just the weaker of the two on the day, that was the real reason he lost. In that sense it was a bit different from the RVV sprint where he probably should have won.

Zoe Backsted did great and will probably go on to win a lot more than Van Anrooij, but on the day she really was not a threat.

I also expect very big things from Fem van Empel in the future, the question is how much she will actuallly race on the road this year as she will also be racing on her mountainbike and she will now have a rest first until April.

This championship was truly amazing. The technology placed it on another level, but the crowd was a huge surprise. So many people for a cycling event was awesome. Am sure that was historic to get 40K people actually pay just to be part of this fun. Those 2 superstars did not fail the crowd by delivering the best of their abilities. This was truly awesome 👌👌

Having a drone cover all the action in the forest of arenberg would be brilliant. Typically get the front of the peleton shot and carnage out the back, but not up close on the top of the peleton.

I work in the drone world and its really awesome to see them in the cycling space. Drones in road races might be a serious challenge due to battery life and returning to a moving vehicle when the battery is low. However, this will only continue to improve. Serious advantages in MTB and CX coverage with the shorter distances. Super excited to see where it goes.

Moto bike view goes away into a helicopter shot the doesn't show anything.

I watched this on GCN+ and it was outstanding. Im mainly a roadie but seeing this event, the people, talent and the atmosphere was so exciting. The drone footage was pure Hollywood!

So proud of the Holmgren twins. incredible. the entire cycling portion of the country loves you! the drones were awesome. think, they could and should be used in road finishes. that way the operator can be near it and its battery life won't be compromised.

I'd love to see drones in sprints... overheads are always the best to see the speed and tactics.... might be the hard to implement, but that would be great to see a drone shot of the sprint on the Champs-Élysées!!!
