I use the stop watch, too! Been doing it for over a year now and it's really helpful. Really simple to stop and start whenever I take a break (long or short), and it helps me monitor if I've done enough work that day, or even week. I enter my work times into an excel sheet and thus have a good overview of how much time I've actually spent working, vs. procrastinating at my desk :)
