Very detailed video Stephanie, only thing is, Nigeria does have the hospital in about 3 locations. However, they're always very busy as everybody dey "JAPA" lol so I see why Accra IOM is super busy too.
How things have changed wow!! I lived in Accra at the time of my migration process so I did my TB test at Accra and it wasn't busy at all like this.
