Kobe is right about the resting part, when i was 17 i used to train everyday, from morning till evening, eventually i tore my ACL and i was never able to play basketball professionally again😐😐

5 hours of sleep is rough though. Especially when you train that hard day in day out. If he finishes at 9pm let’s say bed time routine takes him to 10pm. 10-3 is only 5 hours

This can apply for any time you wake up, if you wake up at midday you can still get 4 sessions in they will just be later on, I hate waking up early I struggle to be productive whereas late at night I thrive so bit of a miss

Gors to bed at 10pm and wakes up at 3am, alright for sure way to not recover. Sleep is so important for muscle recovery

Most people can't work that kind of schedule. And I don't mean they don't have the mental capacity or they're too lazy or too busy, I mean they physically wouldn't benefit from the extra workouts with that lack of sleep.

Most people need 7 hours of sleep to get the benefits of recovery that it provides. Some people are lucky and can get it from only 4 hours or maybe even a little less. Kobe is likely one of the lucky examples.

Don't do this expecting results. You could end up worse off. Find out how much sleep you need and don't neglect it. Proper recovery will do you more good than more workouts.

The truth is it doesn not matter what time you wake up or workout, what matters is you prioritize sleep, and the rest will write itself. Also your personal schedule factors in wether morning or afternoon
