Quite informative - my family and I want to move to Canada (torn between Ottawa and Toronto) and the Canada postal service was worrisome for me but this takes out the stress. The added benefit I see is getting paid in US dollars instead of Canadian dollars makes everything more profitable.

Chit Chats or Stallion only work if you live close to them, so if I want to use them from where I am I would have to use a courier first since I live in the north. This adds time and expense. Do you have a suggestion?

When we use usps through stallion or whomever, can we get the FLAT RATE ENEVELOPS AND OR BOXES?"

I know that they dont provide the boxes but since our package will be dropped off into usps mail box in the states after border crossing, if we had the flat rate boxes, envelopes, would we qualify?

I am signed up for Stallion at the moment. Just starting and I have linked my store to Ebay. If I am doing flat rate shipping, and I am shipping a small box because the item is fragile. Do I just use my own box or do I use usps? How do I determine a head of time with just the weight of the item what container to ship it in? This is probably so easy for you now but so foreign to me lol. Thanks for your help.

Great video and quite informative! I just finished getting my website developed and looking to ship out my granola cereal into the United states. And yes, Canada post seems pricey and I wanted my pricing to be attractive. I live in Montreal and was looking into using the Chit Chat option. Do I just simply sign up online? Would I be able to add the plugin onto my website so consumers can see the prices of shipping for themselves? Also, I was told if I am sending any dried foods to the US (In my case healthy granola)
I need to submit a prior notice/pre clearance with the FDA. Where can I get or find this form? Do I need to have it filled and on the package itself? Please let me know for everything. Thanks!
