Having excellent HE shell and fire starting rate, you can burn your enemies down at any range; with her inspiring AP shells, you can delete your enemies inside the range of 8 to 10 km. If you compare her to other battleships, Monarch has a slightly lighter amour, which often causes enemy shells to over pen, resulting in 0 or half-damages, so light amour also has her own advantages.
