I smiled when you said you have cold hands and it means a warm heart, because I feel I am the same, plus my feet are also very cold, my mum calls them "frog feet", so I always wear a fluffy, warm socks on them, in every season except very hot weather.

Great content! Amazing podcast. I started listening to it after your podcast with Luke. Therefore, my favourite expression is "pinky promise", because I couldn't understand, what my 4 yo daughter was saying to me. She attends a Canadian daycare and knows English better than me. Thank you for your help, Anna. Winter vocabulary and your explanations are wonderful! I have already watched the video twice

This is so true about parenting! However bad you feel, you still have to go about your responsibilities. Great podcast! Very useful indeed. My favourite one is "to be under the weather". Didn't know it before to be honest.

4:15 as everyone knows, snow has insulating properties, hence the expression "blanket of snow" making sense. The adjective "clad" is often used to refer to that as well.
