One of my favorite songs revisited. Hope you guys like it!
This is the First Strike Still Deadly version.
I don't have tabs. The solo I played isn't played like the originals, I sorta wrote my own thing for it. The harmonies are the same however. I hope you like them, and the new dual video style.
Please note: I pitched it half a step up, and recorded it in Eb. Didn't feel like re-tuning!
The video isn't actually HD (1280x720), but 848x480 stretched to 1280x720. Why you ask? Cause I want it to show up HD compatible on YouTube.
My current camera is only a simple digital camera. I'm getting an HD camera soon, my next video will be HD!
The audio: Rhythms double tracked (aka recorded twice, one panned to the left, one to the right).
About the guitar:
It's my Schecter C-1 FR prototype, HEAVILY costumized. Been working on the customisation project for 6 months, saving money and scrapping together the parts.
The pickups are:
DiMarzio Evolution Bridge Model in the bridge position and a DiMarzio Humbucker From Hell in the neck position.
The Floyd Rose is a Schaller Floyd Rose, and it's rock solid!
The guitar is also fitted with Grover tuners and Schaller Strap Locks.
Gear used:
ENGL Sovereign E368 miced Off Axis with a Shure SM57.
