How to Fix a Loose Towel Bar

I share a couple tips on how to fix a loose towel bar. A precision screwdriver set will loosen and tighten the set screws on many types of towel bars.

Thank you! Tightening the screw on the back did the trick.

Thanks I got the idea from you. The screw going into the wall through piece of metal was loose, so I tightened it.
Then put the bar into the hole on the other holder that was already in place & secure on wall.
Then placed the loose holder on the metal thing.

Then tighten the little screw.

Trick is to tighten the loose screws, the one on the wall & the little one on towel holder.

I don’t have that set screw so there is nothing for me to tighten or loosen

That's not a towel bar, that's a towel ring.
