Rule the Waves places you in the role of 'Grand Admiral' during the early years of the 20th Century. You manage the naval affairs of your chosen nation while navigating between the desires and demands of your own government, the efforts of potential adversaries, and the affairs of your potential allies.

The battle resolution mechanics are based upon our successful Steam and Iron (SAI) system for combat but technichal, economic and foreign policy decisions will also be necessary as the player guides their navy's design, construction, deployment and operations during a period of great technological innovation and political tensions.

Only want one request. Name a BC HMS Australia, and hopefully this time your not forced to scuttle her due to a treaty such as what happened to her. Australia's only Capital ship at the time and we were forced to scuttle her because it was classed as a British ship (even though we had full sovereignty) and i guess that Britain didnt want to weaken their fleet anymore than they had to.

Wow. I didn't realize that so much went into maintaining foreign tonnage. I knew it was a lot, but not *that* much.
Great looking legacy fleet.

I hope not ever retreating doesn't destroy your fleet. Know when to hold 'em, know when to fold 'em. Know when to walk, know when to run.

Love the HMS Blackadder, I can imagine Rowan Atkinson as Capt. Blackadder fighting the French at sea constantly being undermined in his clever schemes by Tony Robinson's Able Toiletswabber Baldrick!

Only good thing about being unable to sleep and waking up at 3 am is having a TortugaPower video waiting for me. Thank you. Name a ship the Viper, if you could. (larger the better but not picky)

Also please increase your turret armor, would hate to see so many good ships die from flash fires before they get to do much good.

You’ve probably been told a million times by now, but;

The United Kingdom is a Nation made of several other Nations, England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland today, though at the time the UK included the whole of Ireland. As well as the main nations, there are the Crown Dependencies such as the Isle of Man and the Cayman Islands. These used to be called Crown Colonies back in the day, and there used to be many, many more than there are now.

Great Britain is the largest island, to the right, which hosts England, Scotland and Wales. Together with Ireland and the other near-by islands, they form the British Isles. The island of Ireland hosts the Republic of Ireland, a sovereign state, and Northern Ireland, a part of the United Kingdom.

11 inch guns even at -1 quality gives you an inch more penetration at 5, 000 yards. If you want your speed at 22 or below you should go with 11 on CA's.
