Thanks for posting. So many other videos out there where folks are attaching the ciss tubes directly to the dampers, but it makes so much more sense on several levels to use the existing tubes coming from the tanks, as you are. I'm getting ready to do the same thing to mine this evening.

One thing I noticed... it doesn't look like you completely drained your tanks before doing this. What prevented the ink from leaking all over the place? If I can skip draining the tanks it would be a big time saver.

I want to replace the inks with DTF ink and installed a ciss, i have old epson ink in there, since there will be some residue after removing i am kinda worried that the colors will change? Any idea if this is a problem? Or will or does it fix itself after printing a few times?

I have the epson et 8500 and converted it to sublimation and I added a second 8550 in hopes of converting it to dtf. In your opinion is it a good idea to add a ciss system, and if so what do you think of the L & C Professional DTF CISS for epson et 8550?
