Tome VIII: DELIVERANCE has opened within the Archives revealing three new stories from the world of Dead by Daylight.

This Tome features a look into the troubled past of Jeffrey Hawk (The Clown). Jeffrey discovers a finger that reminds him of his father's, leading him to stalk his victim through the fairgrounds.

Witness the Auris, a device capable of peering into the memories of those who have entered the Fog. Through it, the mysterious Observer grants players access to a new series of challenges to complete, designed to help piece together these memories as well as his role within the Entity’s Realm.

Tome VIII: DELIVERANCE includes memories from:
• Jeffrey Hawk (The Clown) – Finger of Chaos
• Jake Park – Exile of the Kingdom
• The Observer – Midnight in the Garden of Infinity

Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer action/horror game where one player takes on the role of a brutal Killer and the other four play as Survivors. As a Killer your goal is to sacrifice as many Survivors as possible. As Survivors your goal is to work together to evade, escape, and most importantly – stay alive.

Let’s hope the clowns backstory is better than his power

This trailer is proving that Clown has the most realistic and tragic backstory from all killers. There is no magic or insane unique stuff like in Twins or Spirit or Trickster backstories. Only domestic violence, pain, loneliness and painful childhood. Clown is the scariest killer in DBD because he is the only one who can easily appear in real life and already appeared many times in the past.
