Great job Patrick repairing the roof and clearing the gutters up high on that ladder. You guys do lovely maintenance work at the Chateau. Great purchases from the Brocante too

I am so glad you were able to make the repairs on the flashing. Good luck with your tasks ahead for the open days. Keep smiling!

Patrick, I don't envy your DIY tasks. All those crazy chores are done on the top of a ladder, too.
The vases are lovely. The frame is a good buy for €10.
It's good to see Tony and Jane.
❤ from TX!

Just in case, for those who wonder what Stuart does, I think that one of Stuart's many jobs, although a hidden one, is to be a spotter when Patrick is on a ladder or scaffolding. It's an important job and I'm glad that he does it. Chateau today, gymnastics competitions tomorrow? On September 21, Patrick can toss leaves from the gutter to welcome autumn. LOL. I love the blue shirts, especially Patrick's. I love me a good print, and the way that y'all coordinate your clothing and set up a different background for us are some of the many seemingly small details that require thought, care, and thus time and work.

Patrick, props for all the roof work. I for one hate ladder heights. Stuart and Patrick, you always seem to have a good outing with Tony and Jane. Even if you don't find any treasures, you'll still have great comradery for the day. 🫂

I hold my breath every time you are on that tall ladder, Patrick!
You did an amazing job repairing those gutters.
Stuart, you were right there recording it all so diligently.
Love brocante shopping with you two. ❤❤

Patrick I always find myself holding my breath when you are up on that very high ladder. Please don't worry about giving us a great shot when you are up there, just please BE SAFE! Looks like you did a good job on water proofing and kept fur babies safe from possible falling debris. I wonder if the mirror frame with optional stand was meant to go on a dressing table? Till next time, hugs and stay well.

Patrick, that's why you live in a château, to avoid tight places...😅. Hugs to best wishes !

I love the little accordion waltz when you are traveling through the landscape and strolling along a brocante! The whole combination is just French.

You should check on YouTube for guys that clean the stuff off of the roofing tiles and see about a conglaberation with them. You get your roof cleaned, and they get a free stay at your chateau. There are several to choose from in England

I get nervous when I see you going up that tall ladder. I am always anxious when my husband has to do things like that. It was nice hearing the fountain in the background as you were working. Great finds at the brocante as usual 😊
