I always LOVED the 4x4. Its the last event, everyone is lined up around the track, and it's getting dark so the lights are on. I was also a mid-distance runner so the 400 was like nothing.

I ran the 4x4 in high school and college. Majority of the time it was anchor but sometimes it was 2nd. I loved hearing the roar of the crowd when a pass was being made. Fun times!🇺🇲

Honestly I’m the definition of a short sprinter but still did 4x4 and to be honest it’s a fun experience and you get to sleep right away cause straight to the bus.
