Quick share doesn't require you to turn on wifi, bluetooth, etc. It is fully automatic whereas for nearby share, it prompts you to turn on wifi, bluetooth if it is off which is quite inconvenient

Update: The new merged Quick Share on Samsung devices asks you to turn on Bluetooth with a button in the prompt. Also, your device won't be detected if you turn off Bluetooth. This is just extra steps 🤷‍♂️

I wish quickshare was available for all windows laptops rather than just galaxy books...quickshare really is quicker with all my galaxy devices...i hope there might be some working way to make it completely work on windows with other laptops too

Quickshare is way more convenient than Nearby Share. The thing is, Quickshare is not available on Windows yet. I hope they make it available soon.

I use Nearby Share just Because it work with any Android device.
And If two devices are signed it with same google account
Then you can Transfer files even when the screen is completely off and no need to tap Accept button

And I can't able to use Quickshare Because I have only 1 Samsung device 😶
