Yes, I know this isn’t technically “an ice cream” 🙃

I took the concept from a trifle recipe I’ve been making for years, froze it, and voilà we have a Dairy-Free Key Lime Pie Ice Cream.

This technique of making dairy-free ice cream can produce an abundance of “ice cream” flavors. I will be sharing a few other flavors soon.
