Since so many of you asking me how to do the impact frame, I will just answer here.
it is a particle system based screen space FX. Since i am using URP, I have to use a Grabpass Render Feature(you can find on github) and screen position plus a little bit of shader calculation to process the data to the custom data in the particle system. Than I shoot out the big plane, which then automatically turns into a screen space FX.
