Could you make a video on what you eat as an athlete and on the logic behind it? Would be much appreciated 😊

Brother you are Masters in Nutrition. But even your independent research is missing the basic point. Mechanisms and free radicals don't matter as long as you have the outcome data. The question is which oils results in higher incidence of myocardial infarction. The answers from Cochrane reviews are very clear. And the major health organizations have adopted the same stance. You need to stop confusing people.
Saturated Fats are bad. Period.
Most Seed and Vegetable Oils > Palm Oil > Ghee/Butter > Coconut Oil.

Also, regarding MCTs in Coconut Oil, C14 Lauric Acid are not really MCTs, they are very much normal saturated fats acc to existing evidence. Also you can look outcome data on coconut oil specifically in Sri Lanka (where it is extensively consumed), experts there have suggested reducing it's use.

What about using animal fat for cooking, like lard or tallow?

according to cronometer i eat like 50% omega 6 but like 500% omega 3, so should i just eat like grapeseed oil to balance it out or not. Can you also cook with clarified butter/ghee? Where would you rank it?
