Man, I remember first playing the original red/blue/yellow games in elementary school, then never playing pokemon until university with platinum and my mind was just blown. As soon as I heard the lake theme at the start of the game, I knew I was in for a masterpiece and to this day, Platinum is my #1 pokemon game.

I actually recognize the photo of the lake in the thumbnail! It’s a local lake in my home town and the dock in the photo is actually famously known to locals as the nudist dock on “Lost lake” idky i felt like pointing this out but it’s one of my favourite places in the world!

There’s usually a few people playing guitars naked, smoking a joint and socializing with other locals! Lots of mountain bikers come to dock after trail riding too. If there’s anywhere on earth that’s peaceful, it’s there.

Bro this brings back so many memories, I wish I was a child again without worrying about school, I’ve never played the game (because it came out be4 I was born) but for some reasons it brings back so many Pokemon memories

This is awesome, one of the only solo ones that gets those 16th note riffs in the 'chorus'. Would love if you remastered this with ideal mics and a more consistent tempo (then again, I can barely believe you played it all with little to no mistakes).
