This really resonated with me because my whole life I have been to shy to ask for any type of help. So instead of trying to get enough courage to tell people that I was not okay, I started to self harm so that I could express my depression into a different form. It's almost been 6 months since I started and only a select few kind people have commented about it and have helped. But I am still far from okay. I can't wait to get your book, not only because you're an amazing artist, but also I hope that I can learn to have the courage to express my feelings to others.
