Namsangol Hanok Village is a tourist hub representing Korean culture, which is visited by 1.5 million local and foreign tourists annually.

It is a platform for traditional culture and arts harboring the Seoul Namsan Gugakdang (Traditional Art Theater).

Namsangol's traditional garden maintains the scenery and atmosphere from the end of Joseon Dynasty and consists of vegetation, pathways, pavilions, ponds, and traditional yards.

The Hanok Village has relocated and restored five hanok (traditional Korean houses) built 120 years ago in the 1890s and has shed new light on the lives of Korean people of the past by arranging furniture in a manner of Korean people in the past.
