For Michelle, her long journey with her team at Opportunity Partners has been worth the hard work and perseverance.

Michelle recently reached her own personal dream when she moved from an Opportunity Partners group home into her own apartment at our hoMEbase apartment program. Through this extraordinary program, apartments are available for those who want to live on their own or with a roommate, while still having the security on-site staff 24 hours a day. Michelle has independence, and when desired also has group meals, activities and social time.

Opportunity Partners supports choices for people with disabilities through innovative services and strategic collaborations, assisting those we serve to live, learn and work - adding value to their lives and communities.
