MoMA Museum of Modern Art - Striking Cantilevered Stainless Steel Canopy with Glass Entrance Facade

The highlight of this project is the impressive 130 m² cantilevered stainless steel canopy, soaring 8 meters high and extending 13 by 10 meters, with a distinctive glass bead-blasted surface. Two-thirds of this elegant canopy are fully cantilevered, while the remaining third is integrated into the interior space, creating a seamless transition between inside and outside.

Beneath the canopy, a 130 m² glass entrance wall features four side-hung doors and a double-leaf door with panes reaching up to 4 meters in height, enhancing the transparent and inviting character of the façade.

Additional façade elements include a custom 215 m² street-level shop facade with operable folding doors, a 350 m² two-layer tie rod façade with an acoustic inner layer and a walkable glass skybridge, a 145 m² glass staircase façade, and highly transparent terrace glazing and balustrades.
