If they did that or gave you extra gifts or both the gold and the platinum birthday gift I would totally totally maintain the platinum status. If you interact with DIOR, let them know that. That once they renew their platinum status, they should receive the 4 welcome gifts again and both the gold and platinum birthday gifts an extra VIP codes to get better gifts. Hello Eve, i am considering Dior. I am allergic to gluten and am a little unsure. Was also hoping to have some more in depth explanation of coupons as far as maximizing them. I am of course on Pearl level but have a number of items I’m interested in. It all sounds great until the gifts stop coming, you wait an hour for CSR and they promise they will handle it, so far at Platinum I never rec'd Bday gift, Holiday gift and 3rd year Platinum level. But God Luck : )
