New lights, reworked MM - awesome. But I have doubts about SPGs - now they wont be an occasional nuisance, they're gonna be annoying as hell all the time, no matter if they hit you or not.

Even if the artillery changes don't work out, the changes to the matchmaker alone will make the game much more enjoyable. No more one team TDs the other heavies on a city map bullshit.

I will wait for this update to hit the live server before making a final decision about it, but I already have a few worries...

1) If three players create a defender platoon and they will be matched against let's say some I'm not sure it will be any better...
2) enemies seeing the stun marker sounds like a bit too much to me
3) What about autoloader arties or Will they make you "perma-stunned"? :D I can't imagine how else they could make them work after this
4) Kind of makes me think that top tier heavies will be even more useless now.... I mean.. arty stuns + new light tanks... hell yeah
5) Most importantly, what about the personal missions??? I guess they have to be rewroked somehow, right? Haven't heard anything about it so far....

the STUN is so annoying. When you play heavy tank, you get perma stunned all day..

Sounds great - all changes that were already really needed 5 years ago. Good to see they finally got to them.

 I'd really like to get back into WoT, but when I remember the bad things about it (premium shells and pay2progress), my rational side just goes 'nope'. I still have more than 10 t8+ tanks unlocked that I can't afford (and I always played with premium, with a lot of games in premium tanks and without using prem ammo myself to boot), and WG just keeps introducing even more tanks. (Oh, and a server transfer from NA to EU wouldn't hurt either. That alone could get me to come back.)

also have consumables free at least the first kit and repair kit and manual fire extinguisher .

Wow, these changes sound actually good. I'm still skeptical about the reusable kits and artillery stuns, though.

I've started play french light tanks just because of Batchat 25t and now when I'm on tier 8 you are going to change the tree. EXCELENT, BRAVO!!!

so what about the low caliber artys like leFH and FV304. can i expect to do only double digit damage like one can do in the birch gun now?
