The Army protected Sheikh Hasina. When they couldn't guarantee her public safety, she had to leave. To avoid a mini civil the army are attempting to appease the Public and form a neutral care taker government. Lets see what happens next!

Very well said. Brilliant replies. The CAS asked for a few days, thats ok, but he should have sealed the airports and all exit routes so none of Hasina's accomplices can free. The fact that She was allowed to flee, explains the relationship dimension of the CAS and the toxic woman.

And yes, the general is absolutely gentle, too gentle to be the Chief, and yes, I think I will agree he is an "indecisive general".

If Sheikh Hasina was not the PM, someone else would have adorned the position. True.

In all likelihood, Bangladeshi will follow Pakistani example with all its domestic and foreign implications.

What was that, before 1971, not mass murder? Why not a single Pakistan army officer was punished for that? You only want punishment for selective few?

Bangladesh has a higher per capita GDP than India and way higher than Pakistan. This country was the poorest in South Asia. Give this lady some props

Hasina was undone by her corrupt associates. She knew this. She was angered by them. She left all behind, even her closest SAlman Rahman at the mercy of opposition.
