Hi I connected mine to WiFi and everything works. But once I go to my 4g network they work also, but only when I'm in my room. One I leave the room they go off line. Is there any way I can turn them on from 4g network where ever I am?

hey so I've had my flex strip lights for a couple weeks trying to figure out what's wrong with mine, i got them as a late birthday present so i don't have the docket to change them. I connected everything up correctly but mine don't turn on like it's suppose to, my phone has somehow connected to it's device but it still isn't working, is there by any chance that i could fix this issue or do i have to get another one? :(
