1st year w/ Google Fi was fine; service was via a T-Mobile tower (only one close; we're in a semi-rural area). Then, T-Mobile expanded its home internet offering and our phone service plummeted. We can't even use the phone for calls in our house. Whatever agreement T-Mobile and Google has must relegate Google Fi customers to the bottom of the cellular service.

One of the things that makes Consumer Cellular better imo is they don't charge $10.00 per gig of data.
If I don't notice I'm using data Google will charge me $1.00 every 100MB which can be problematic if I'm on the internet without noticing my WiFi went out 35mins. ago 😢
Consumer Cellular uses three towers right?👍 That's fine with me since Verizon has coverage almost anywhere in the U.S.

I was about to switch to CC and just received my SIM card. Tried to call
in to activated it - OMG. First they told me to wait 30 min or more.
Then I requested call back and they confirmed the time and date 2 days
later ! yess you see it right - TWO DAYS LATER. On top of that while
waiting I was forced to listen super depressing NEWSROOM (I do not watch
or listen to any kind of news - so why I have to allow them to
brainwash for over half an hours). From the very beginning it sounds
very bad !
I THINK CONSUMER CELLULAR IS A VERY BAD CHOICE :-(
now I'm about to ask for a refund for the SIM card I have never used, will see how it goes, ...

How many years how many times every hour how many times a day. Do we have to see this same comercial. Everyone one should have seen it thousands of times. Please get rid of it and the next one be shorter and only twice a day. I switch channels when it comes on. Today it was also on the 2 other channels I switched it to. You try ing to drive us crazy. As you can see you are successful in that.
