I’ve shipped web and mobile apps for F500 companies and startups for 8 years. Weekly production deployments are standard. I cannot understand what their iOS developers are doing on a daily basis. This blows my mind…

They made the mobile app worse. It literally makes me not want to watch streams as much.

Yeah the new app update is the worst. I hate opening it up and it already playing someone’s stream that I don’t even care about. I want my list so I can choose who I want to watch and not twitch choose it for me. It takes too long to pull up a stream. Lately if the person is dual streaming I’ll just watch on YouTube and I’ve started moving over any subscriptions I use to place on twitch over to YouTube.
