Not a bad build, I definitely agree with you that the stock throttle is nasty. Stock controller is garbage, as you say.

what is the maximum speed now.
and is there A big difference with this engine.
and can you tell me how the throttle works..

Nice work! Just curious to know why have you made this scooter when you already have that lightweight scooter which is using lithium and a very energy efficient (brushless motor) compared to this Razor modified scooter that uses a brushed motor and is chain -driven?

I'm doing the same thing, picked a cheap used e300 and plan to mod it.
Did you noticed much difference in range/time when going to the 350W motor?
