How to install Emulators on PS3: RetroArch Overview

Uploaded 20th January 2018. This video shows how you can install the RetroArch emulator suite on a Playstation 3 console running custom firmware.
Emulators are great because they enable your system to run thousands of games from multiple retro platforms.

UPDATE: Links to the stable PS3 builds were removed from Libretro buildbot for reasons out of their control. They don't expect them to return any time soon, so I've found an alternative link to download, use these links for now

completely epic level share man, anyone reading this I also recommend looking up some "reduce input lag" settings for retroarch. Hard GPU sync and others when they work . Also setting under options a screen overlay scanline filter .

Ich have an crackling audio when I start this version and the game has then no sound or crackling sound. Someone know to fix that? I have searched a lot and nowhere found something for ps3.

I have a little doubt currently I have version 1.7.9 of Retroarch on my PS3 Hen. Would you still reccomend me to use the version you provided on the description or keep version 1.7.9?

I don’t know whether anyone will see this comment, I’m trying to find a way to run Demul, I don’t have a laptop or a PC, but want to play an emulator from that. Is it possible on a PS3?
