He was tired in the end, but he really did a lot of terrific points, I couldn't believe how much he was able to anticipate Sinner's game and take impossible balls. Medvedev showed up very strong and determined, while Sinner was both a bit surprised and nervous. Then the extra hours played earlier in the tournament began to be felt by Medvedev, while Sinner started gaining back his confiance and the eyes of tiger. That doesn't take away any credit from Sinner, who deserved this physical advantage with a perfect tournament.
