I fucking _love_ the way 2099 moves, it's like he's literally clawing his way through the air. He seems far more bestial, something I'd chalk up to him having more physical mutations than the others. The mass pointing joke was also hilarious.

2:30 my favorite scene so far in the movie

I actually like that Miguel and the others aren't villains who just want to destroy the world but wants to protect the multiverse and sees Miles as a danger for trying to save 1+ person AND the multiverse at once.
This Miguel also reminds me of how Spiderman 2099 acted at first in the Spiderman Edge Of Time game.

The fact that all the Spidermen just all pointed at each other like in the meme just brings me joy 😆

0:48 at the parts to where it says "whats up danger?" to "oh gwen?" is where i like it

I hope that in either this movie or 'Spider-Man: Beyond The Spider-Verse', we get to see the versions of Peter from the 1967 animated series, the 1977 live-action series, the 1981 series & 'Spider-Man And His Amazing Friends'(with Dan Gilvezan reprising the role), the 1994 animated series(with Christopher Daniel Barnes reprising the role), 'Spider-Man Unlimited'(with Rino Romano reprising the role), 'Spider-Man: The New Animated Series'(with Neil Patrick Harris reprising the role), 'The Spectacular Spider-Man'(with Josh Keaton reprising the role), the Sam Raimi live-action film trilogy, the 'The Amazing Spider-Man' live-action film duology, and the MCU franchise interact!

everyone thought that the Spider-Men turned on Miles because he’s gonna sacrifice the world to save his father but to me is something else

There's a reason why Miles is having his story written (no, I'm not condoning it, at least I don't think I am). In every universe in which a Spider-Man doesn't suffer loss, they become arrogant and power hungry. Even in a universe where Ben's still alive, that comment forgot to take into account that technically speaking, May was no more, so constant of loss was technically maintained.

The animation and production values seem amazing.
Why can't the focus be on the heroes working together against a badass villain?
Doesn't look like the best use or even a good use of time/resources, at least so far.
Also, Spot was always portrayed as a joke in the comics - but I thought had underrated and underused abilities - so perhaps some good points and fun there.

Sideshow collectables should have made the Prowler sixth scale figure (from the first movie).

Miguel calling the MCU Spiderman a nerd so violently is extremely funny to me for some reason

I love the idea of miles just plowing through hoards of other spider-people, and it's so interesting to see him and them being morally opposed, when the first movie was all about being accepted by the others and accepting himself as spiderman. Spiderman being the enemy in a Spiderman movie is CRAZY

I love that this movie is challenging what he learned in the first film and pushing Miles further. I have a feeling we will understand Miguel and Miles’ side to this conflict. I look forward to seeing how this will play out. Glad they’re doing something new :)

Many things I like

1. Miles challenging the idea of what a Spiderman should be

2. The reference to no way home

3. The joke of uncle Ben

4. *YOU CAN SEE SPECTACULAR SPIDERMAN*
