Open Work Permit

To be eligible to obtain a Canadian Open Work Permit as the applicant you must meet certain criteria to qualify under the Open Work Permit category. The Open Work Permit is a permit that is not job-specific, because it's not job-specific you do not need a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) from the employer.
