Jen, I went out to eat a while back. I noticed a group of teen girls were wearing the "high water" jeans. It's the trendy thing. So, the junior size jeans will be shorter.

Sometimes when your legs are heavy, it makes the pants shorter. I found this down by having the same situation when I lost weight in my thighs, my pants were longer
