Hi, first thanks for making a video. I am confused, was your transmission actually slipping or was it stuck in Drive? My Trans is slipping meaning that when I step on the gas the RPM's rise but the car does not move meaning that it is slipping out of gear. What was the initial symptom?

Is the linkage the same on a 2008 Crown Victoria Police P-71? Same exact thing just happened on my car. Only difference is mine is stuck in reverse. I'm going to remove the panels and see if my is like yours. I hope I get lucky.
